Aphelion Lab

Aphelion Lab is a software product to quickly and easily capture, process, and analyze images in the fields of microscopy and laboratories.

Aphelion SDK

Aphelion SDK is a comprehensive set of Image Processing and Analysis components to build applications in the Visual Studio .NET environment.

The available Aphelion SDK extensions are the same as the Aphelion Dev ones (See Aphelion Dev extensions listed above), and are included in the Aphelion SDK setup program. These extensions are not activated by the default license. Should you want to try some of these extensions, please specify it in the request code form you send us.

ARIES 2D

ARIES is a software to process images of the cornea acquired by a confocal microscope.

ReVAnalyzer

RevAnalyzer is a specific software to quantize the volume of retinal pigment epithelium detachments and other retinal choroidian area, and track their evolution over time.

Stereology Analyzer

Stereology Analyzer is a user-friendly software tool for reliably estimating quantifications of important 3D structures. This tool is general in its implementation, but has applicability to various scientific domains, most commonly in medicine, materials science, and geology.

IDS Acquisition Devices

Drivers to use IDS uEye cameras and the IDS Falcon frame grabber board are available hereafter.

Allied Vision Acquisition Devices

Teledyne Acquisition Devices

Driver to use Teledyne-Dalsa Genie Nano 1GigE,  Teledyne-Dalsa Genie Nano 5GigE, and Teledyne-Lumenera LT cameras is available hereafter.

IEEE1394 (FireWire) driver

Driver to use IEEE1394 cameras compliant with the IIDC v1.3 specifications.

Random Forest Classification package

Setup program for installing the R’s randomForest package, required to run the Aphelion Random Forest Classification extension.

Aphelion 4.4.0

Aphelion 2003

Most of Aphelion’s 2D image processing operators are supported in the 3D environment. Analysis of 3D images is supported by 3D measurements and 3D ObjectSet.

To display 3D images in user applications, Aphelion 3.2 provides an Image Display module available as an ActiveX component with the following capabilities

  • Display of a 3D object as a set of slices, a composite object or an isosurface
  • Control of the light and location of the camera
  • Control of the display context (intensity, zoom, etc.)
  • Cross sections in X, Y and Z directions
